Summary:

The Global VP of Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for all manufacturing activities including production, operations, quality, logistics, R&D, procurement and quality. This individual will be expected to cross-collaborate with global directors of other functions, devise operational strategies and track progress to meet company goals.

The Global VP of Manufacturing Operations should have the following skill set:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering required, MBA or Master’s degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing setting
• Working knowledge of the lean manufacturing processes and GMP standards
• Strong financial acumen
• Functional knowledge of Lean Concepts
• CapEx experience
• Multi-Plant leadership experience

The VP of Manufacturing Operations will:

• Ensure manufacturing operations are in line with company and government regulatory standards
• Oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure optimization to ensure quality, safety and budgetary standards are being met
• Ensure GMP and sanitations standards are met
• Collaborate with relevant parties to develop and implement operation budgets
• Spearhead CapEx projects in line with company growth trajectory
• Hire, train, mentor and discipline the global leadership team
• Create and execute strategic initiatives
