UX/UI Designer

Position Description
CGI is looking for a UX/UI Designer who works within standard procedures and work instructions, and under close guidance of more experienced colleagues.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Tests software or applications
• Fixes straightforward bugs
• Escalates problems related to functionality issues
• Suggests recommendations for bug / problem resolution.
• Incorporate company standards and UX design best practices.
• Training and Usability review sessions/feedback loops.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Required Qualifications:
• Experience in UX/UI Designer for the iDEN application.
• Ability to hold user interviews and capture input and translate into user experience influenced UI workflows that make sense to user group.
• Wireframes created that can then be tweaked implemented into the code.

Soft Skills & Experience
• Must be a well-motivated team player.
• Able to produce high quality business-facing deliverables and activities to drive and sustain change.
• Improve documentation all around, either in application documentation, or in playbooks.
• Resilient and able to manage challenge and resistance
• Results/outcomes oriented, business value focused
• Confident and able to work in high-ambiguity work environment
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills
