The Honeywell Building Technologies Senior Salesforce Technology Specialist will have the unique opportunity to drive sales productivity through technology innovation. The Senior Salesforce Technology Specialist will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the appropriate business objectives, ROI, and KPIs are achieved.

As part of the global Sales Excellence team, the Senior Salesforce Technology Specialist will act as Salesforce Product Owner and will have the primary responsibility for maintaining and improving the experience for our global direct and indirect sales teams. This includes a strong focus on our Partner Relationship Management Portal (built on Salesforce Experience Cloud). As a secondary responsibility, the Senior Sales Technology Specialist will contribute to the management of the entire sales technology stack used by sales.

Key Responsibilities
Overall business ownership of and the sales technology stack
Product Owner for Partner Relationship Management Portal
Responsible for implementation, roll-out and ongoing growth of the PRM portalCollaborate with Global channel operations and channel marketing teams for scoping partner program specifications and translating into system design
Lead discovery, design, implementation, and delivery related processes
Subject matter expert of solution architecture; build and execute trainings/documentation for internal Honeywell users and external partners
Conceptualize and implement mechanisms to track adoption and key Channel Behavior Indices

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into technical requirements
Define and maintain a vision for all sales technology platforms, creating and maintain a roadmap based on that vision
Managing backlog and prioritizing based on requirements and business needs
Work with IT to deliver needed solutions within acceptable/needed timeframes
Manage cases submitted by users related to salesforce and broader sales technology


Minimum of 5 years of experience with as an administrator and a broad range of sales technologies supporting a large sales organization


Salesforce Certified Administrator strongly desired (pls note: this position has limited administrative access to the platform)
Implemented Partner Relationship Portal / Experience Cloud
Ability to work independently
Quickly identifies patterns among problems & issues
Makes timely decisions balancing systematic analysis
Agile processes and methodologies
Matrix organizations
Experience in sales, sales operations, sales technology
Decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issue
Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills
Direct and Partner sales models
