Our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing development of the sales team.


  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
  • Planning, coaching and mentoring Account Management team
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Motivating sales teams and leading them to generate leads, hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs
  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
  • Continuously develop personal leadership and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
  • Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
  • Oversee the sales team to ensure company standards are met by holding regular check-ins with team to set objectives and monitor progress regularly
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or other related fields
  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales management role


  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong creative perspective to bring fresh ideas to product and value positioning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; works well with other functional groups, and can communicate effectively with all levels of the company and external business partners
  • Comfort with fast-paced, always-on environment
  • Computer software knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required


  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, motivator
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrix structure
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communications
  • Ability to influence across all levels and functions of the organization
  • Strong cross-functional, project management and leadership skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.
  • Could involve some lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time without much movement
  • Ability to work in time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines
  • All candidates must have the ability to speak, read and write English
