Setpoint Consultants is a national staffing agency. We have a global restaurant franchise that is looking for a Supply Chain/Inventory Analyst for a temp-hire position. The position will be remote forever. The candidate should be located on the East Coast and will oversee franchisees on the East Coast.
Pay to start will range from $27.00-$30.00/hr. If hired permanently, there is the possibility of an increase in pay depending on performance. Below is the job description. Our client is currently interviewing so don't delay.
Job Summary :
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing inventory and day-to-day inventory operations across all franchises, performance food groups, and produce alliances. The candidate will be proactively communicating with management for any overstock and/or understock situations and to minimize the product write-offs and product shortages. The candidate will work with vendors and distributors to minimize product shortages at the restaurant level during this supply chain challenge time.
- Review each OPCO daily on-hand inventory, restaurants history, current, and future orders. Proactively work with vendors, distributors, and restaurant locations on all emergency recovery plans to minimize product shortage at the restaurant level during this supply chain challenge time.
- Providing daily and following 2 weeks on-hand inventory report, sending alerts to the supervisor with any potential shortage or overstock items, developing a recovery plan if needed.
- Allocating inventory, determining, and directing product allocation between OPCOs if needed.
- Provide troubleshooting support and communication with Franchisees/Operators on specific Supply Chain or OPCO issues.
