JOB DUTIES:

The Revenue Operations Support Analyst will provide ongoing management & reporting of assets, Order Management activities, Return Merchandise Authorization activity, and Ad-Hoc operational activities. We are seeking someone who is detailed oriented with excellent organizational & communications skills and who can interface directly with customers solving issues, enhance existing processes and support the Channel, Deal Desk and Order Management functions.

Responsibilities:
 Manage end-to-end subscriptions of Hardware & Software return process for customers globally
 Leverage existing tracking process while maintaining data and provide status/reporting as requested
 Identify and suggest improvements to existing tracking process
 Communicate with customers and 3PL partners for logistics associated with shipping & handling
 Collabo*** with cross functional teams to document, communicate, and enforce policies & processes
 Update Salesforce.com with necessary data points in order to keep customer info accu***
 Become subject matter expert on subscriptions of Hardware & Software logistics
 Own portal entry for all requests
 Act as “back-up” to new sales order entry supporting Deal Desk
 Support Channel Order Processing as needed:
o Review Orders submitted from Channel Partners
o Process valid orders
o Provide guidance to Partners when corrections are needed
o Track orders
 Work on ad-hoc activities and/or requests in order to support overall channel business

Qualifications:
 Minimum of 2-4 years experience in Order Management / Business Operations / Deal Desk
 Saleforce.com experience required
 Excellent reporting and communication skills (both verbal and written)
 Experience with both Hardware and/or SaaS company preferred
 Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task with competing priorities
 Highly proficient Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word)
 Self-aware, transparent, collaborative, and open to feedback
 Effective in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches
 Understanding that change is constant and known to embrace it. Agile and resilient.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

BS desired.

LOGISTICS:
Shift: Position is standard 9-5 M-F shift.
