We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some over the nation’s biggest companies. Our client has a need for a Network & Telecom Service Delivery Manager. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening.  For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.

Network & Telecom Service Delivery Manager        

Job Responsibilities                                              

Your specific duties as a Network & Telecom Service Delivery Manager will include: 

  • Compensation (Range):  $30 - 32 / hour
  • The Service Delivery Lead/Technical Project Manager is the key actor to deliver the GIO Network & Telecom services offers to the customers :
  • Qualify the customer's requests, needs and context
  • Rely on the GIO's service catalog and Network & Telecoms agreements to provide the services to the customers
  • Transform business and functional needs into Technical detailed solution and Quote, including knowledge of main routing, switching and wifi products of the market (Cisco and HP)
  • Coordinate all the internal and external stakeholders to succeed in delivering the services : Customers and their third parties, Carriers, GIO's technical experts and common support teams like financial control, O&M outsourcer, etc, ...
  • Ensure the services are delivered in compliance with GIO Network & Telecom processes and commitments
  • Manage the Delivery on the complete life-cycle from Demand, Quote, Negotiation, Change implementation, Financial information for Customer invoicing, Hand-over to Operations teams
  • Responsible for organizing the Service delivery activity including Demand Management in SNow and KPI's
  • Accountable to fulfill the Network Operations and third parties acceptances procedures to ensure excellence of the day to day operations
  • Reports on activity, progress, costs, issues, arbitrations required Scope:
  • All the GIO's Network & Telecom Services including WAN, Internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Telephony, DHCP

Job Requirements

As a Network & Telecom Service Delivery Manager you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • A good knowledge of technical IP solutions is required
  • Very good grasp of WiFi and Routing technical knowledge is expected
  • Experience in circuit delivery and tracking is required. Experience of US Carriers network and management is required
  • Technical network certification is a plus.
  • Very good knowledge of Managing Demands and Changes in Snow
  • Ability to challenge efficiency and compliance of a technical solution is expected.
  • Very good interpersonal skills are required, like autonomy and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent oral and written communications, with an ability to organize, present and discuss technical information with personnel across geographies.
  • Above technical considerations the service delivery manager is expected to proactively identify risks of the projects he manages.
  • Project management and ITIL certifications would be appreciated.
  • English required. Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
