If you are located in Las Vegas Nevada, you'll enjoy the flexibility of 3 days in the office and 2 days telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help or assist clients with network development initiatives and strategies 
  • Help or assist network providers with servicing and/or contracting issues
  • Perform network analysis and strategy development and implementation
  • Assist clients and clinical teams with closing network gaps
  • Drive program design and implementation to improve quality and affordability through improvements in appropriateness and effectiveness
  • Obtain, validate, and analyze data as you analyze network availability and access

You’ll work on many different aspects of Provider Networks in this role including manipulating data, working with provider groups, managing projects, educating providers, and navigating any issues with other teams such as sales, consulting or clinical.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in claims, provider data maintenance, contracting or contract loading
  • 3+ years of experience with contract submission, validation and maintenance
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifcations:

  • Solid knowledge of business processes that impact professional/facility/ancillary contact loading and auditing
  • Project management experience

Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
