Must have:

• at least 5+ years of litigation experience
• degreed with 4 year degree (OR paralegal certificate)
• heavy database experience
• at-trial experience idea
• heavy trial preparation - team is collaborative --- this is a leadership position, or can grow into a leadership position if candidate is more junior
• highest degree of professionalism - firm is beautiful, work is stellar - teams are made up of highest rated/pedigreed individuals from attorneys down to reception
