Manages one or more tactical IM projects, delegated by the IM Manager. Influences stakeholders in adopting analyses / outcomes. Actively educates individuals and teams on IM compliance requirements. Liaises with the business and developers internally and externally to deliver Information Management solutions. Compares market standard solutions with in-house developed or legacy solutions and regularly provides consultation to the business. Work activities and advice have strong influence on a wider set of processes and disciplines. Active in designing fit-for-purpose Information Management solutions and having responsibility for the solution. Complies with IM standards, manual, data privacy and other IM-related laws and regulations within their respective business and active in coaching others to comply. Responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver value to the business through both the implementation of Information Management solutions and the harvesting of existing Information Management assets, enabling the achievements of business strategy, value drivers and KPIs. Ensures that business Information requirements (as dictated by business processes) are fulfilled. Works independently under broad managerial supervision.

The Product SME is a critical role in the management of the e-Discovery product within the Information Management Governance(IM) Product Line and responsible for defining a compelling strategy and vision supporting the products portfolio. The following products are included in the IMG Product Line:

• Records Management

• Legal E-Discovery

• Information Privacy and Practices

• IM Best practices

The Product SME should bring together the capabilities needed to enable the Product portfolio roadmap, look for opportunities to contribute to the digitalization and market standard strategy. Work closely with the Product Manager and Product Owner to manage the IM platform products through the investment cycle driven by value generating KPIs. The Product SME should partner with the Product Manager and Product Owner to manage the application and services in the IM portfolio through the investment cycle driven by value generating KPIs and act in natural teams across all IT supporting functions to ensure an healthy IM platform.

• Managing a defined portfolio of applications and services

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with the IM Product Manager, Product Owner, CDOs and IM/IT Architect to define, execute and maintain the information and data portfolio strategy, bring in the best in market standards and determine system upgrade timelines to deliver value through the product

• Serve as a thought leader and establishing / maintaining product portfolio roadmap, applying design thinking, agile delivery and dev ops where relevant

• Collaborate and work with internal and external suppliers of the product applications and services for the delivery of goals, including value generation

• Provide the Product Manager with IM platform related guidance on continuous improvement efforts to support business outcomes

• Work closely with data Product vendors to understand new functionality/changes on the vendor's roadmap

• Ensure innovations and digitalization opportunities part of the IM portfolio Product roadmap where relevant

• Continuously manages how the IT application & service portfolio best enables key business processes from an enterprise-wide perspective.

• Determining the effectiveness of the current Portfolio in delivering business capabilities and identifying changes that enable Market standards and Strategic asks.

• Using Continuous Improvement techniques to adapt and improve the portfolio

• Ensure IRM risks, BIA and controls in place for the Product
