In this role the Recruiter will perform a full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong environment.


Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, and social media etc.

Screen candidates resumes and job applications

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Promote company’s reputation as the “preferred employer”

Perform HR duties as assigned or upon request

Compliance reporting and other related reporting as required for human resources


Required Education, Experience & Certification

Bachelor’s degree or and (3) years of experience in recruiting.

Experience in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Power-point)

Must have the ability to read, write and speak English

Preferred Education and Experience

Proven work experience as a Recruiter

Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, behavior-based and stress interviews etc.)

Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably in Paycom

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making skills

Employee is continually required to talk and hear. Must be able to stand or walk on feet for long periods of time. Lifting to a maximum of 20 lbs.


Office and manufacturing floor, confined space, noise, extreme temps both high and low. Open air, and exposure to dust and fumes related to the industry well within safety standards.


Report safety hazards

Immediately report incidents involving illness, injury or property damage

Wear appropriate PPE as instructed and whenever in proximity of the plant floor

Comply with all safety policies, procedures and rules

Refuse and report any unsafe task or operation

Participation in safety meetings and training

Keep constant awareness of personal safety and that of coworkers


This is a full-time position. Employee must adapt to schedule changes as required due to business needs. This position could require weekends, nightshift, rotating schedules, holidays, and on-call.


10% travel may be required for Career Fairs as needed.


Eligibility to work in the U.S. with the appropriate work authorization documentation.
