Our Mission

Our mission is to inspire leaders to take action worldwide. We aim to connect people in the US with global movements. Progression:

iLead offer careers not just a job! Although the role is initially entry level our overall goal is to progress members of our team in a relatively short space of time. We want to have a positive impact on the local job market and can do this through our progression program.

Once you’ve mastered the entry-level sales and marketing stage, you’ll be able to advance into a leadership position where you’ll be responsible for evaluating, training, developing and coaching others. You’ll also begin to learn more about the client side of what we do and how all the functions of the company fit together to form a bigger picture.

Responsibilities/Key Tasks

  • To assist in customer relations by maintaining excellent customer service at all times, including an up to date knowledge of our clients products & services

  • To comply with all health and safety information and to ensure compliance with covid-19 legislations

  • Working in a Team, Producing Individual Results

  • Promoting Client's Products and Services to the Public

  • Enthusiastically Interacting with Customers Face-to-Face

  • Answering Questions & Registering Interested Customers

  • Creating Positive Brand Awareness for Our Client

What You Will Need:

  • A self-motivated, proven leader

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Drive & ambition to succeed

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Be able to commute to our office in Houston, Tx – This is not a remote position

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

**Although previous experience will not be overlooked, it is not a necessity for this position as full training will be provided for the right candidate. Unfortunately, we do not provide sponsorship for roles at this time**
