We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Director of Marketing to join the leadership team at our client, an innovative health technology company in the post-acute care industry.
Our clients are leading home health agencies, personal care agencies, and hospice providers across the country, and our technology solutions enable them to operate with greater efficiency and deliver better care experiences for patients and care providers. With an aging population and their strong preference for aging at home, ours is a high-growth industry, making this an ideal opportunity for an entrepreneurial marketing leader.
Primary Responsibilities And Qualifications
We are seeking an individual with at least 5-years of relevant experience and a record of success in digital B2B lead development. In this role, you will both develop strategy and directly execute a broad range of marketing programs, while systematically measuring the ROI of all activities. Examples of responsibilities include managing paid digital advertising across multiple channels, optimizing the content of our website and social media sites, developing email campaigns, creating, tracking and analyzing results of surveys for both internal and external program improvement, organizing our participation in trade shows and hosting webinars, deepening our relationships with clients, and supporting the success of our direct sales team with substantive collateral materials such as white papers and customer case studies, as well as managing the marketing budget.
As Director of Marketing, you will work closely with our outside digital ad agency and our PR consultant, ensuring congruent messaging across channels and helping advance our company’s reputation for Thought Leadership.
