We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Coordinator to support the department. The Corporate Strategy Coordinator is a key position and must be highly dependable while they assist the department as they lead on Company initiatives and product development.  This candidate should have the confidence to coordinate Corporate Strategy projects across regional offices and departments and consistently remain proactive on a day-to-day basis. This position offers the opportunity to excel and advance in a professional setting working with a progressive and innovative team.

The qualified candidate must be a highly energetic individual with a desire and drive to work in a fast-paced, expanding, and well-established professional real estate firm.  This candidate must be detail oriented and organized, with effective communication skills and the ability to take initiative within this dynamic department. Beyond functional skills and experiences, this individual must have a keen intellect, unquestioned ethics, a sense of urgency and the ability to simultaneously execute on both strategic and tactical projects.   

Responsibilities:

  • SCHEDULING/AGENDA MANAGEMENT
    1. Schedule and monitor travel arrangements including booking flights, hotel accommodations, car rentals and directions for VP of Corporate Strategy and team;
    2. Consistently remain proactive when monitoring and scheduling travel arrangements for the Corporate Strategy team;
    3. Draft and distribute complete agendas to the department for each trip;
    4. Vigorously update and maintain Microsoft Outlook calendar on daily basis;
    5. Organize, coordinate, and implement agenda management across the region for strategic planning;
    6. Organize and schedule meetings including contacting individuals and preparing meeting materials; and
    7. Correspond with regional offices for travel arrangements when necessary.
  • ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
    1. Manage documentation information flow for the department across regional offices;
    2. Stay knowledgeable about current projects;
    3. Prepare, gather and relay confidential information and material on a regular basis;
    4. Update and organize contacts and vendors in Microsoft Outlook;
    5. Identify and implement new technology and resources with recommendations for   revitalization of current resources;
    6. Reach out to vendors for orders or negotiations; and
    7. Other responsibilities as needed.
  • BUDGET COORDINATION AND SUPPORT
    1. Coordinate and monitor project transactions for the department within the scope of the budget;
    2. Resolve budget and financial complications as they arise;
    3. Code invoices and submit to A/P in a timely manner; and
    4. Reconcile corporate card expense reports on a monthly basis.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required;
  • 2-3 years of work experience preferred but not required;
  • Ability to perform thorough Internet research;
  • Proficient in performing highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks;
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • Must have ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills;
