Job Objective:
Serves as a manager for corporate finance activities, including communication with external parties such as lenders, bankers and rating agencies. Works closely with business and finance leaders throughout the Company to ensure financial flexibility and optimized financial performance and capital structure. Assists with the annual planning process and financial forecasting.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Creates and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts of various tenures and purposes. Analyzes financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making.
  • Internal Stakeholders: Prepares presentations for Board of Directors and other internal presentations as needed by the executive team.
  • External Party Relationships: Responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with banks in our credit facilities, creating reports and preparing presentations for banks, investors, analysts, and rating agencies, and monitoring compliance with covenants.
  • Financial Corporate Development: Responsible for various financial management activities that may change over time. Activities may include capital structure and programs, accessing debt markets, strategic capital management, financial facilities management, M&A and leadership of finance initiatives. Monitors and maintains peer data for comparison analysis.
  • Adheres to the company's values - integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
  • Supports company vision and mission.

Other Job Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned by management.


  • Minimum of (5) five years of work experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting.
    • Preferred: Investment Banking Experience.
  • Ability to accurately solve problems and exceptional proficiency in data management.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and other departments.
  • Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities without close supervision.
  • Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate complex financial information into an organized and presentable manner.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:
  • Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in accounting, finance, or business.
  • MBA or other advanced Degree and/or Designation in Finance, Economics, or Statistics preferred.
