You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans. Influence and/or provide input to forecasting and planning activities
  • Coordinate and monitor Provider Education team efforts from cradle to grave
  • Plan, create and coordinate communications and implementation with facilitators, trainers, and project/program/department managers as appropriate
  • Prepare meeting materials including agendas, sign in sheets and ensure timely distribution to meeting participants
  • Provide ongoing management of action items to ensure timely completion
  • Provide general administrative support; prepare spreadsheets and documents as requested
  • Manage office documents in accordance with Enterprise Records Management procedures
  • Manage calendar for executive leadership, as assigned
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and SMEs to obtain assets and create training content (i.e. storyboards, participant and facilitator guides, etc.)
  • Collaborate with multimedia designers in the development of online modules and supporting performance tools
  • Identify and evaluate appropriate evaluation tools to measure training success against a set of metrics
  • Maintain and update library of e-learning materials
  • Set team direction, resolve problems and provide guidance to members of your team
  • Other tasks assigned as per business needs

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional work experience 
  • 1+ years of experience in either professional training and development/ instructional/curriculum design or administrative support
  • Advanced Experience with Microsoft Office to include PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot Tables and V-Lookups)
  • Working knowledge of learning management systems
  • Proficient Project Management Skills
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SharePoint experience
  • Project Management experience
  • 1+ years in a HealthCare setting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $53,300 to $95,100.
