Agile Service Designer
CGI is in need of a Service Designer to join our Oil & Gas Practice.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Convert insights and requirements derived from user research, business partners and data analysis into practical execution. Aligning front to back of house experience design.
• Executing Customer Centric Design Principles.
• Planning and conducting user research, usability testing, interpret feedback and incorporate into future iterations
• Designing, service design blueprints, customer journey and empathy mapping.
• Facilitation of Design Workshops with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Practice knowledge working in Agile Projects from user stories and backlog management to acceptance criteria.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Minimum 5 years professional agency side and client-side experience in delivering, influencing, crafting direction of creating outstanding digital and non-digital Products and Services.
A real breadth of skills - from research to workshop facilitation to crafting experiences
Proficiency with design tools such as: Sketch, Adobe XD, inVision Studio, Zeplin, Axure RP.
Highly independent, flexible and adapting to evolving environments, with well-developed people skills.
Inquisitive, confident, collaborate and passionate designer but down to earth, humble and personable who is pragmatic and adaptive
