Job description

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support for the Civil / Construction Division. Duties include but are not limited to: answering phones, scanning, filing, maintaining office and office supply inventory, errand running, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business preferred
  • Well organized with a high attention to detail
  • Highly motivated with initiative to grow within company
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
  • Strong administrative and clerical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a must
  • Experience in the construction industry preferred

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

· Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner.

· Sedentary physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature.

· Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers, and perceives attributes of objects and materials.

· Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
