Would you like to become part of one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world? Adecco is hiring immediately for Administrative Assistants at a local client in Rosenberg, TX. As an Administrative Assistant, our client will rely on you to utilize your customer service skills as you multitask in the workplace. You will thrive in this position if you enjoy working on different tasks to keep variety in your day-to-day.

Typical duties will include organizing and data entry of various information, reconciliation of inbound deliveries overs/shorts, analyzing customer adjustments to orders and preparing for Corp submissions, answering the phone, and fielding questions from our customers, reviewing credits and process, filing, and supporting FIG Specialist with analysis of over/shorts.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be familiar with computers and data entry
  • Ability to analyze data for discrepancies
  • Critical thinker
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work overtime
