Compensation: $15.00 to $17.00 hourly
Our client located in the Houston Galleria area is currently in need of an Administrative Assistant on a contract to full time basis. Must have experience in working with HOA's in a previous role. Duties will include answering phones, transferring calls, greeting incoming customers, manage the resident directory, coordinate with maintenance contractors, order office supplies, among other administrative and clerical duties in a small office environment as they arise. - Create a fantastic first impression for visitors
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support
- Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals
- Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
- Send email notifications first thing in the morning. Ex: pest control, weekly newsletter, water shut off's, etc.
- Write work orders (As deemed necessary- from Guard Reports/ Staff).
- Help in the preparation of the Monthly Board Meeting Reports (Scan, copy, bind)
