The Creative Group is looking for a User Experience Designer (UX Designer) for contract opportunity in Houston, Texas. This will be a 12+ month long contract, full 40 hours per week and will begin fully remote (with intentions of re-entry into the office during 2021).

As a member of the client's team, you will be responsible for creating a range of artifacts including interactive low-fidelity prototypes, personas, storyboards, journey maps, user flows, competitive analysis, usability reports.
UX Designers engage daily, as part of Scrum teams, with product owners, engineers, UI designers, researchers, and stakeholders to bring features and products to life.
You will be responsible for understanding the needs of your product team and working closely with them to advocate for our users and deliver the necessary artifacts during discovery periods and release sprints.

To be successful you should have:
exceptional problem solving and design thinking skills, a solid ability to advocate for users through design and information architecture, embrace the principals of atomic design, and thoughtfully craft digital experiences that are cohesive in tone, voice, visuals, and experience across all digital platforms.
UX Designers work hand-in-hand with UX Researchers to validate that experiences are backed by user-centric data to ensure successful feature adoption and user satisfaction.
As part of the organization responsible for digital innovation, this team has a hand in the overall experience of the digital properties, including the .com site, mobile apps and other digital platforms.
