Job Skills / Requirements

The Manager of Facility Speciality Services is a hands-on Full-Time salaried position that will oversee the delivery of specialty services including disinfection, restoration/remediation, light maintenance, lighting, pressure washing, and facility management.

The Manager will be responsible for ensuring that specialty services are implemented according to contract commitments and that customer expectations and company standards are met. Daily travel to multiple client sites is required. This manager is expected to build positive working relationships with Branch Managers, Property Managers, vendors, crews and other customers.

This Manager is responsible for managing specialty services staff and ensuring they have sufficient supplies, equipment, and training to perform the requested services. Safety is a top priority and demonstrated commitment to established procedures is required. The Manager must communicate clearly and effecively both verbally and in writing to clients and employees. Experience is sales and facility service delivery is a plus.

The Manager may need to respond to emergency work orders (i.e. water damange, stains on carpets, picking up overflowed trash, post-hurricasne restoration, etc) and be available to handle a variety of customer or employee issues which may occur on weekends or outside daily business hours.

The minimum requirements are: 3 years experience in janitorial services/housekeeping or a related facility support function. This Manager must able to handle difficult situations in a hectic, fast-paced environment; and is expected to accept interruptions in assignments, and/or changes in priorities with a positive attitude and problem solving approach.

Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus. This position is physically demanding and requires regular lifting and moving of equipment up to 50 pounds.
