  •  Managing directly the Landmark product management organization in the Production, Reservoir Management and Economics technical business line; this role will report to Landmark R&D leader 
  • Primary responsibility - work closely with engineering organization, cloud organization and fellows/architects within the framework set by Agile/DevOps to develop product roadmaps, establish, prioritize and manage backlog, understand the customer needs and competitive landscape, understand the technology landscape and incorporate the right technology into the product roadmap, promote technology alliances and acquisitions to strengthen the assigned portfolio financial enhance customer experience and manage career growth and competencies of assigned product management staff 

    • Key attributes / experience: 

      • M.S. in petroleum engineering, computational science or related engineering field; PhD preferred 

      • 10+ years’ experience in Reservoir Management including Production and/or Asset economics 

      • 10+ years of software development 

      • Sound background in Agile and DevOps concepts 

      • Proven record of success in product management and delivery of successful and innovative software products  

      • Applied knowledge of delivering SaaS solutions 

      • Ability to manage a budget and provide accurate forecasts of spend  

      • Understands the strategic and transformational challenges digitalization puts on our customers 

      • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization (verbal and written); effectively with technical and non-technical teams; able to communicate to customer technical and executive staff 

      • inspiring, Influential, Innovative, Customer-focused, and results-oriented 

      • Excellent problem-solver – analytical and critical thinking skill 

      • Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Geoscience, or similar discipline, and a minimum of 10 years of related experience, which includes software development.
