Vaco has partnered with a client in the Real Estate industry that is looking for an experienced Real Estate Accountant to begin work as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting for acquisitions, purchase price reviews, purchases and sales of land, appraisals and lease agreement review. All work can be completed on a remote basis

Requirements for the position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 3 years of real estate accounting experience
• Experience using large ERP software tools
• Ability to commit to duration of project
