Job Description  

Role Purpose

The Senior Marketing Programme Manager is responsible and accountable for key marketing strategies in our North and Latin American markets. They will plan, implement and evolve the marketing strategy, using performance data and insight to make continuous programme improvements and drive business growth.

The Senior Marketing Programme Manager reports to the Director of Marketing, Americas, and will collaborate closely with the full marketing team to achieve goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets, utilising customer and market insights to inform decision making
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and tactics in line with the strategy, utilising the full marketing channel mix and martech stack
  • Localise programmes for discrete markets
  • Continuously analyse and evaluate marketing campaigns to improve performance and deliver on KPIs
  • Manage a budget and deliver on ROI
  • Line management of a Marketing Specialist
  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships across sales, research and consulting, utilising insights to drive campaign planning and strategy and providing consistent performance updates
  • Work collaboratively with the global marketing team to maximise reach and performance of campaign activity and to share best practices

Qualifications  

Education and experience required:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a B2B senior marketing manager role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
  • Experienced martech user (ideally you will have solid experience using Salesforce and Pardot)
  • Sound knowledge and experience of digital marketing practices and channels (paid social, SEO, PPC, Google Analytics)
  • Comfortable using marketing performance metrics and insights to strategically interpret trends and drive decision making 
  • Excels at problem solving and approaching issues in multiple ways
  • Strong communication and leadership skills – proven ability to influence
  • Able to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Performs well managing multiple priorities and working in a matrixed environment
  • Strong customer focus, both internal and external
  • Knowledge of the energy, renewables & commodity markets is an advantage
