Description
Successfully manage a high number of requisitions on a weekly basis and fill positions with quality candidates in a timely manner
Creatively identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting sources including, but not limited to the internal Applicant Tracking System, internet sources, professional associations, and internal and external job fairs
Prequalify and submit a diverse slate of candidates to hiring managers for further consideration/selection for interview process
Manage candidate activity through the applicant tracking system and/or resume database
Maintain metrics related to the recruitment function
Leverage strong communication/collaboration skills to build strong cross-functional partnerships to support the business demands effectively
The position may require overtime including weekend hours and periodic travel both CONUS & OCONUS
Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet customer demands
Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for direct hire opportunities
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements
Meet with hiring managers to discuss staffing needs
Interview prospective employees for positions by advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, employment agencies, and job fairs
Refer applicants to particular job openings, coordinates pre-employment screening activities
Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field
Displays core competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and network
