Job Description:

As a Lead Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Being in constant contact with potential house sellers that reach out to us about selling their house.

  • Following up with homeowners who have reached out in the past about selling their house to see if they’re ready to sell their property.

  • Obtain critical information about our sellers to determine whether they’re a good fit for us to purchase their property.

  • Prospecting, cultivating, and assigning leads to our sales department. 

  • Expect to make about 50 calls per day.


Full-time position. $30,000 per year plus bonuses.  Possibility to make up to $70,000.



You will have a daily responsibility of:

  • Taking inbound calls and qualifying potential house sellers.  Obtaining the following information: asking price, property condition, motivation, and any specific information about the seller’s house and situation.

  • Accurately determine a house’s After Repair Value from comparable sales in the area to determine if the seller’s asking price is a good fit for the company to purchase.

  • Handing off good prospects/leads to the sales team.

  • Following up with leads in our sales pipeline via calling, texting, and email.


  • 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
