Our client in the Energy Corridor near I10 and Beltway 8 has an immediate need to bring on a contractor Lease Accountant. The Lease Accountant must be degreed. The Lease Accountant must have experience handling office lease billing for common area maintenance costs. The Lease Accountant must be able to review all corporate office subleases and prepare invoices for the prior years common area expenses, insurance and property taxes. The Lease Accountant must have the ability to read and interpret lease agreements. The Lease Accountant must be a self starter and able to work independently.
