Privately owned, fast growing organization is hiring a Project Coordinator for their office. The Project Coordinator role will work remotely 3 to 4 days out of the week. The Project Coordinator will provide the administrative support and back office operations in Houston, Texas. The Project Coordinator must be self-managed, learn quickly, and be detail oriented. The Project Coordinator must have experience working for a government contractor and be familiar with government requirements regarding reporting and formatting process and procedures.

Responsibilities include for the Project Coordinator:
• Experience producing reports for NASA contract budgets
• Processed contract fiscal 533 reports
• Monitor office supplies, place orders and coordinate delivery
• Interacting with requests by employees, accountant and customers
• Assist project managers in cost tracking and estimation
• Processing payroll
• General accounting experience would include monitoring customer payment
status
• Correlate proposals presentation to customers

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
