AS A PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, YOU WILL:
Set global list pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals whilst keeping in line with global product strategies.
Participate in business development initiatives, in close cooperation with the sales and marketing resources that support the steam business.
Support S&OP and Strategic Demand Planning.
Support training initiatives for the sales organization and develop relevant sales and marketing tools to promote our steam solutions.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and support product localization efforts.
Conduct market analysis and Voice of Customer interviews, to understand key requirements and identify opportunities.
Monitor key competitors and ensure market and product knowledge is up to date.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Required (Mechanical a plus).
6 years of experience in engineering, sales, or marketing.
The Product Manager will be required to develop and present the commercial, technical, and manufacturing aspects of major programs.
Knowledge of ASME and specific piping industry codes and standards is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Advanced Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
Marketing / Sales background used to evaluate market trends, industry projections, and conduct market analysis.
Strong knowledge of steam systems and the market.
