Part-time Contracts Manager

Job Requirements and Essential Skills:

• NCMA certification CPCM and/or CFCM
• 10 years of experience in managing government procurements
• 5 years of experience in management relevant Federal, Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Army procurements
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating agreements in a Federal Government contracting environment
• C ontracting concepts, contract acquisition law and regulations (FAR, DFARS, GSA, etc.) Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations Experience negotiating various elements of Non-Disclosure, Teaming and Subcontract Agreements
• Ability to clearly articulate contracting requirements, issues, and concerns, with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and presentation skills
• Success working in a cross matrixed environment serving many stakeholders in multiple locations and time zones
• Flexible, goal oriented with teamwork skills and motivation to become knowledgeable in the customer programs being supported
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• DCAA knowledge and experience
• Experience working with DCAA requirements in accounting at the project level
• Not required but would be a bonus is experience in Federal pricing

Education, Training and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Relevant Contracts Certifications desired

Location Orlando, FL, Lancaster, PA and/or Remote

Position to start as Part time 10-20 hours a week and move to full time.
