Description
- Oversee a caseload of high-volume construction defect claims
- Update claims in database
- Prep correspondences
- Resolve any coverage issues
- Investigate claims in detail
- Properly set claim reserves
- Manage mail and incoming calls from insured, claimant, and various parties

- Paralegal certificate require
- Bachelor's degree or relevant insurance designations (can be in process of obtaining degree/designations)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and general computing
- General knowledge of commercial insurance is preferred
- An interest to engage in the negotiation process is a plus
