Mid-Level Associate Employment Law Attorney

Job Title: Mid-Level Associate Employment Law Attorney
Salary: $120k - $150k Base
Requirements: Employment Law, Class Action, Plaintiff Representation

What You Will Be Doing

The Associate will be responsible for cases within the area of Employment Law. Cases consist of PAGA and Wage & Hour claims, representing both individuals and class actions in Federal Court. The Associate's workload will include taking depositions, attending mediations, trial prep and will require strong writing skills preparing legal documents. The Associate will also provide leadership to Junior Associates.

What You Need for this Position

- Employment Law experience required
- Plaintiff's representation required
- Federal filings experience required
- Class action experience highly desired
- Strong Writing Skills
