Demand Marketing Execution Specialist
SUMMARY:
Client seeks a creative, driven, and detailed-oriented marketing specialist to join its Demand Marketing team. This role is responsible for delivering, monitoring, and enhancing marketing campaigns that support our business objectives. Successful candidates will have a background in the B2B enterprise software market with experience in campaign execution and a passion for testing and optimization. Experience in driving measurable results in demand programs and account-based marketing will be key. Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, IT Automation, vertical, competitive, IT practitioner to executive, and Line of Business-focused demand programs is highly desirable.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executes, monitors, and optimizes marketing campaigns that create demand for solutions across a mix of channels including search, social, direct mail, email, webinars, content syndication, direct response online banners, etc.
Ensures campaigns are executed on time, on budget, accurately, and successfully
Creates and maintains campaign schedule, and ensures coordination and visibility across the broader team
Delivers compelling and creative demand copy, including subject lines and calls to action that deliver stated ROI and pipeline generation goals
Content coordination and development across various functions of the organization (solutions marketing, digital marketing, creative services, agencies/3rd party writers, etc.) to fuel demand campaigns
Closely monitors the performance and ROI of campaigns to formulate recommendations to improve results and processes
Supports social media channels with demand content to drive awareness and conversions

REQUIREMENTS:
Outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Highly motivated, self-starter, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management skills with the ability to take programs from inception to completion with minimal supervision
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to ensure coordination across multiple parts of the organization
Knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools Salesforce.com and Eloqua 10
Experience with social media channels, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook
Strong Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills
5+ years of marketing programs required, 2+ years in demand generation preferred
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
