Are you a Marketing Manager looking to join a collaborative company with a great environment? We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with a B2B background that has a passion for social media and brand marketing. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, training, and managing all marketing functions to achieve the Company objectives of sales/revenue growth, profitability, and visibility, while ensuring a consistent marketing message and brand position consistent with the company strategy and objectives. The individual will be responsible for concept generation, design, financial control, measurement, spearheading business development efforts, and implementation of marketing programs to support the company’s overall business strategy and initiatives.

 

Duties Include:

  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of an overall strategic marketing plan
  • Devise, develop and assist with the organizations brand enhancement strategy
  • Create, produce and assist the Sales Team with the development of sales collateral, presentations, proposals, press releases, and advertisements that describe the company’s services
  • Raise the organization’s media profile by defining and managing communication strategies, including web design and social media platforms
  • Coordinate and manage creative teams, internal clients, and external agencies and vendors to produce marketing deliverables
  • Assist leadership with the creation of an overall marketing strategy
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
  • Coordinates placement of publication ads, media announcements and marketing materials

 

Qualified candidates will possess the following requirements:

  • 7+ years marketing experience, with a minimum of 4+ years in progressive leadership roles within the marketing area
  • Degree in a business or marketing-related field from an accredited college or university
  • Experience building complex digital and direct marketing programs and reporting on the results
  • Competence as a creative writer or editor with a detailed eye for great marketing collateral (letters/proposals/marketing materials/newsletters)
  • Excellent marketing planning, project planning, team building, negotiation, and marketing communications skills
  • Commercial Real Estate or Similar industry experience is a plus not a must
  • Experience with major CRM/marketing platforms (Salesforce & Pardot)

 

Individuals must have an entrepreneurial drive, passion and ability to help shape the organization’s marketing and communication department. Compensation for this position is very competitive. This position will pay up to $109k + bonus depending on experience and education.
