Overview

At Lennar, you will provide marketing and administrative support to the Marketing Manager and support the internal sales team.  Marketing and administrative support on marketing items or digital requests to the Marketing Manager. Coordinating with the agency, vendors, web team, etc. in the preparation for deliverables needed by the field and corporate marketing team to support the Sales and Construction Departments; preparing sales and marketing reports; maintaining Marketing Calendars, extensive data entry and proofing, coordinating a variety of meetings, events and functions; maintaining online listings; and providing administrative support to the Marketing Manager as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares coordination of marketing collateral from the Marketing Manager
  • Proofing spelling and home information on eflyers, paper flyers, and other marketing pieces as assigned by the Marketing Manager
  • Creating blog content and blog posts weekly
  • Works closely with advertising agency to disseminate information, as well as provide direction on approvals of marketing collateral and ad releases from the Marketing Manager
  • Monitors and updates the website to ensure homes are live with photos and descriptions and correct pricing
  • Orders, resizes, and organizes photos
  • Maintains the Marketing Calendar, including preparation and execution of a variety of events and functions (e.g., Sales & Marketing Meetings, Community Openings, Realtor Events, Trade Shows, various other meetings with vendors/agencies), and team building events and awards
  • Ensures Marketing Department maintains necessary bandwidth for corporate projects and asset overhauls
  • Organizes all digital collateral, asset, etc. to maintain compliance and fulfill any and all requests from the field and corporate
  • Builds out Assets and digital content to maintain corporate requests and projects
  • Pulls reports from Lennar’s CRM System and updates the traffic and sales reports submitted to MetroStudy and others on a weekly basis
  • Monitors and updates online listings as needed
  • Codes and maintains inventory of Marketing/Sales invoices as needed
  • Other projects and/or administrative support and or marketing items or requests as assigned by the Marketing Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in homebuilding industry preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must enjoy working on a high-performance team and environment
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations
  • Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Photoshop, InDesign Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with Image Editing applications and WYSIWYG Editor
  • Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
  • Professionally perform multiple, detailed-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
  • Good writing and organization skills
  • Possess strong work ethic, integrity and loyalty
  • Team player with the ability to work well under pressure
