Growing Houston law firm seeking self-motivated and detail oriented Immigration paralegal with at least 3 years of experience in immigration law.

Job responsibilities include preparation of immigration applications for Adjustment of Status and consular processing including forms I-485, I-130(A), I-360, I-864, I-765, I-131, and DS-260, preparation of I-601A waiver packets, N-400 Applications, DACA applications, I-751 Petitions, and U visa applications for submission to USCIS, and preparation of waiver applications for the Immigration Court. Must also have experience with court related applications including forms EOIR-42A, EOIR-42B, I-589 and bond requests. In addition, the paralegal will work closely with attorneys in the preparation of evidentiary submissions filed with the Immigration Court.

Office Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Must be fluent in English and Spanish
