We proudly provide a vast array of services that help us keep our community safe and healthy. **Responsibilities****Float Pool PRN position** Working in critical care as an ICU RN certainly offers a variety of clinical challenges to nurses who choose this clinical area. Your patients are critically ill or unstable following extensive injury, surgery, or life-threatening diseases. You wear many hats daily, from a patient advocate to a family advisor and, in some cases, even a friend.
