North Houston Construction Company is seeking an HR Manager, who is bilingual in Spanish. To be considered, one must have 10+ years of Human Resources experience and 5+ years Workman's Comp. Responsibilities include, Workman's Compensation, Hiring, Employee Relations, strategic development and additional projects as needed. Experience in construction, manufacturing, Engineering, or other industrial organization is required. The Human Resources Manager will support a client group of over 300 employees. Degree is a plus.
