Roles and Responsibilities:
Individuals who are responsible for owning and/or managing aspects of HR systems and content and/or strategy. Includes individuals who oversee digital portals and platforms in support of the digital strategies. Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements. Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis. Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources).
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
Administrator of Sumtotal Learning Management System.
Daily administrative support for functional administrators and end users, creating learning activities, assessments, and reports.
Document processes and instructions.
Troubleshoot system issues and work with vendor for resolution.
Work closely with the business to gather requirements, and assist with configuration and testing. Strong customer service. Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills (ie. manipulate data, reporting, and VLOOKUP).
Bachelor's Degree required.
Will work in SumTotal system.
Schedule: 40 hours / week (possibility of pre-approved overtime based on business activity and/or scheduled projects). Per business unit, candidate will work remote.
