Life Sciences business based in Waltham, MA seeks Regional Head of Human Resources for the Americas.
My client is a medical device and technology business that designs, develops and sells digital testing and wireless equipment and tools. The firm is almost a decade old but due to COVID, they are growing at an unprecedented scale. They have major operations in the USA, Europe, Asia and South America.
They have exclusively retained Tom Smith at Michael Page Boston to secure their next Regional Head of Human Resources for the Americas.
My client is seeking a Head of Human Resources for the Americas. The role will report directly to the Global Head of HR (overseas) and will have support from various HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs). The role holder will operate as both the functional HRBP for the commercial (sales) organization in the Region, partnering with Commercial leadership to define and set the people strategy, as well setting the Regional HR strategy, influencing and shaping the Talent Management and Total Rewards offering. This is a real opportunity for someone to come in and build from the ground up, with the support of COEs behind them to help.
The main purpose of the role is to provide HR leadership and support to both functional and strategic business leaders within assigned region and associated business units to enable delivery of significant business results for the global organization, whilst creating a high performing regional HR function.
Managing a small team locally, and being supported by the COE's globally, this is a brand new role and therefore it is a real opportunity to drive it in whichever direction you see fit. More detail around the CoEs, technical areas, compliance processed, communication channels and people management will be provided at a later stage, prior to interview.
This role is exclusively retained by Tom Smith at Michael Page Boston. Submit your resume today and it will be reviewed within 48 hours of your application.
