LHH is actively seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work with a Manufacturing company located in Missouri City, TX. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years in Sales Support or Customer Service, strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, and high attention to detail. This is a contract to hire position with a pay rate of $18 to $19 per hour depending on experience.

Summary:

Position: Customer Service Specialist
Type: Temp to Hire

Location: ONSITE, 77489

Pay Range: $18-$19/hr DOE

Work Schedule: M-F, 8AM-5PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide administrative support to the sales team

· Resolve daily issues and maintain healthy relationships with existing customers

· Account management (billing, invoicing and accounting experience needed)

· Management equipment services, negotiating terms with customers

· Assist in various projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of 2 years of Sales Support or Customer Service experience in O/G industry preferred

· Bilingual is a plus!

· Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong communication skills
