Legacy is a promotional events company in Houston, Texas. We work with all of our clients to create fun, interactive marketing campaigns so they can promote their brands in a professional, positive and cost-effective manner.
We’re looking to add additional talent to our customer service team this year so we can help more clients reach more of their ideal consumers through interactive marketing campaigns!
As part of our customer service team, you’ll be working at events across the region to help determine how familiar locals are with our clients’ brands, missions, products, services, etc.
Customer Service Representatives will be:
Working at live events, speaking with locals face-to-face
Using general conversation to gauge consumers’ interest
Asking specific questions and recording feedback from customers
Answering questions about products and services
Addressing concerns and offering potential solutions
Closing sales and collecting personal details from customers
