Customer Service Representative, start ASAP!
Hours: 7am-5pm with alternating Saturdays
- 1+ years of heavy call center/customer service experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working in a customer database
- Must have a professional phone demeanor along with excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
- Multi-tasking and problem solving abilities; must react well under pressure and conflict
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
- High School Diploma required
