We are seeking a Customer Service Rep Specialist. Under the supervision of the Customer Retention Manager(s), the Remote Customer Retention Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and issues involving Internet Customer Service via phone acting as a liaison to the Processing Department team. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for taking inbound order calls, and helping customers by addressing any issues
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Take ownership of customer and order issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Focus on ensuring that daily departmental goals are met using a Customer First philosophy
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Assist with Training for seasonal staff during Peak, and new hire training
  • Mentor and develop Seasonal customer service reps during Peak, Team Leader
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Other Customer Service initiatives as time permits
  • Ongoing Customer Service training as-needed

What you’ll bring to this role:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • The ability to identify and assess a customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Ability to handle varied customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within guidelines; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Who you are:

  • The successful candidate will be a people person, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer orientated with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Proven customer support experienced, 3+ years
  • Experienced in CRM systems and practices, working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • A team player and self-starter who's able to collaborate across teams and job functions
  • Extremely organized and attentive to detail
  • Armed with excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
