  • This role requires skills in both English and Spanish
  • Under broad direction, directs the activities of Customer Service personnel in support of manufacturing center/PSL and field operations objectives
  • Prepares and administers check-ins, defined levels of accomplishments, and sets goal with individuals
  • Leads continuous process improvement initiatives and works to improve communication with internal and external customers
  • Develops procedures and policies for assigned areas, documents process, creates work methods, supports short- and long-range goals consistent with manufacturing and product service line priorities, and monitors performance of functional area to promote the improvement of business objectives
  • Maintains MDI boards and compliance with safety policies and procedures, company policy, and export compliance laws
  • Promotes continuous improvement activities and defines and implements training requirements for team members
  • Using knowledge of shipping requirements, crating, inspection certifications, and logistics, develops procedures to coordinate and improve processes in unit
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in customer service environment and other relate areas, such as procurement, materials, or logistics
  • Four-year degree may be considered as relevant experience
  • HAZMAT shipment training
  • Terms and conditions process training and INCO terms training
