To accommodate and maintain that position in the marketplace they are constantly in the development of new products and the revision of our existing product suite. To help them continue to expand its offering at the leading edge of their competition, we are in search of a highly motivated Customer Service Enthusiast.

Bruegmann’s Customer Service Enthusiast works alongside the Business Development team in providing support for our customers through daily contact, managing the customer’s expectations, and order experience.


Along with our Business Development Representatives, the Customer Service team is directly responsible for the customer’s experience of working with Bruegmann.

1. Managing customer orders from receipt of order to delivery of product. Managing customer’s expectations of their orders with continuous updates regarding status of order until the delivery of product.

Receipt of Order

Confirming Receipt of Order

Initiating production of product to fulfill orders

Initiating, preparing, and coordinating shipping

Tracking of shipped orders

Creating and sending invoices

Closing of project

Collection of Invoice

2. Order Status updates to Business Development Representatives

Daily collaboration in ensuring customer’s requirements are met

Daily and/or Weekly Order Status meetings

Order Tracking Sheets

Real time order Status tracking

Open invoices reporting

3. Working with Business Development in establishing new Account programs and the overall support of established customers

Coordination of sending samples

Assisting with the follow up of customer initiatives

4. Understanding the Customer:

Knowing and navigating the Customer’s company structure and key contacts

Understanding and executing customer procedures

Each customer will have specific process requirements needing personal attention

Customer Specific Product Education: Understanding the parts as more than just part numbers

Store Visits to understand how customers are using our products

Creation of product reference sheets

Establish and maintain on-going customer relationships with various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems

Job Requirements

1) This job will require a proactive and service-oriented approach:

2) Experience:

a. Customer Service

b. Management

c. ERP/Software

d. Sales experience not required but would be beneficial

3) Expertise in using:

a. Microsoft 365 proficient, specifically excel, exchange and teams
