Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year

Corporate Paralegal is responsible for supporting the legal and transactions team and provide a range of legal support and administration in connection with the acquisition, development, and finance of energy projects throughout the US. This is a transactions-oriented position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide transactional support on a wide variety matters including managing and conducting project due diligence
Provide support for the negotiating and execution of site control agreements, term sheets/LOIs, NDAs
Manage corporate formations, governance and maintenance, including operating agreements, resolutions and corporate certificates
Interfacing with outside counsel on varies paralegal matters
Document and forms management and control
Assisting closing process for various acquisition and project finance transactions
Perform administrative duties in support of the legal and transactions function-groups
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree or equivalent relevant experience or certification in paralegal studies.
Experience working as corporate paralegal or project manager at a law firm or company (in house)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior organization skills
Ability to work independently, plan and take initiative to accomplish tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision
Document management skills a plus
Renewable Energy acquisition and/or financing experience a definite plus, but not required
Real estate transaction experience a plus Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
