Farouk Systems is looking for a Copywriter who is both creative and technical. The copywriter must have an extensive, descriptive vocabulary and the ability to tell a story using very few words. They must truly understand the brands and effectively communicate the image to the public.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The copywriter should be able to fine tune the voice and tone for each brand, as well as write copy for several different target markets.
- Write dynamic exciting blog articles, creative media pitches, press releases, and other duties as assigned.
- Writing and editing product packaging copy, website copy, short product descriptions, marketing collateral, event recaps, and articles from interviews, interviewing key artists/celebrities/influencers during events with quick turnaround on development of press-ready content
- Contribute creative content ideas for global marketing campaigns across all platforms targeting several different markets
- Writing engaging, sharable content for our social channels that will resonate with each target market
- Ensure content ideas support the brand image and are aligned with the current branding strategy
- Must succeed in engaging our audience, inspiring and empowering them to become brand ambassadors
- Work in line with the marketing department schedules to help ensure all content supports the integrated marketing strategy whenever possible across email & newsletters, site features, social media, marketing collateral, packaging, etc.
