• Support the technical and legal teams with contracting and contract management relating to TERUSA’s renewable energy projects.
• Provide paralegal support to the legal team supporting TotalEnergies’ U.S. renewable power generation businesses.
• Support the corporate governance and corporate compliance of TotalEnergies’ renewable energy corporate entities in the U.S.
• Monitor and support contractual obligations relating to the renewable energy project development, construction and operation.
